PVMA ELECTED OFFICE BEARERS

The Pakistan Vanaspati Manufacturers Association (PVMA), at its 350th Executive Committee Meeting, held on 29th September 2026 at Mahnoor Hall, Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi, elected its new Office Bearers, who will assume their respective offices with effect from 1st October 2026.

Mr. Naveed Ahmed has been elected as Chairman PVMA unanimously ,while Mr. Faad Waheed and Mr. Sheikh Asif Saeed have been elected as Senior Vice Chairman and Vice Chairman, respectively.

The Secretary General PVMA announced the final election results during the meeting.

The Executive Committee and members of PVMA extended their heartfelt congratulations to the newly elected Office Bearers and expressed confidence that the experienced leadership team will utilize its expertise and capabilities to effectively address the challenges and issues faced by the Ghee & Cooking Oil Industry of Pakistan.

Outgoing Chairman Sheikh Umer Rehan and incoming Chairman Mr. Naveed Ahmed addressed the meeting and highlighted key challenges confronting the industry.

Mr. Naveed Ahmed thanked the members for their confidence and support and assured them that he would work on a fast-track basis to address the industry’s concerns and strengthen the Association’s efforts for the development of the sector.
